The synopsis of the Iranian series Shamedoni states that two families named Mazaheri and Saadati live in a residential complex. The Mazaheri family includes the father, Houshang, the mother, Zohreh, a bank employee, Sara, the eldest daughter who failed the medical specialization exam, and Saeed, the unemployed son of the family. The Saadati family includes Atta, the father, who has problems with Houshang, Shirin, the mother, and Arshia, a playful and inquisitive little boy.
