Kim Seon-bin officially began his acting career in 2022 with a breakout role in the web drama sphere. He debuted as the main lead, Kim Yu-jin, in the popular streaming series New Love Playlist (2022), where he immediately impressed audiences with his engaging and relatable performance. His rapid transition to the mainstream followed quickly that same year, where he took on another lead role as Go Tae-joon in the KBS 2TV Drama Special 2022 - Prism, showcasing a commendable depth in a demanding one-act drama.
