Billy Patchanon Ounsa-ard is a Thai singer and actor. He is the leader of ZBURSTER (IMA INTER ACADEMY). He has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Kasetsart University. Billy began singing and dancing while studying at the university. Then, he was selected to do a final audition in Korea with Cube Entertainment, but at that time he was pursuing aeronautics at Kasetsart University's engineering faculty and his family wanted him to focus on studying. He's the older brother of Franky Weerapat Ounsa-ard. Billy is openly gay, having made that statement on a TikTok live stream on January 21, 2026.
