Michael Dwayne Vick (/vɪk/; VIK; born June 26, 1980) is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL), primarily with the Atlanta Falcons and the Philadelphia Eagles. Renowned for his rushing ability and dynamic play, he was a four-time Pro Bowl selection and became the first quarterback in NFL history to rush for over 1,000 yards in a single season. Vick played 13 seasons in the league: with the Falcons from 2001 to 2006, the Eagles from 2009 to 2013, the New York Jets in 2014, and the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2015.
