This video takes you on a tour of Hawaii's last remaining sugar producing mill, operated by Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company on the island of Maui. This video, produced in 2010, takes you on a tour of Hawaii's last remaining sugar producing mill, operated by Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company on the island of Maui. As of 2017, the sugar mill has closed, but it is survived by the Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum.
