This isn't so much a meaningful mockumentary as a series of un-narrated fly-on-the-wall observations of some actors portraying teenagers hanging about on a Dutch square in the height of summer. People are coming and going, flirting, chatting, dancing and discovering themselves and, in a somewhat perfunctory fashion, aspects of their sexuality too. I thought this had quite a 1970s look to it and it reflects an integrated and diverse society, but beyond that it doesn't really tell us about anything aside from some people's rather cavalier approach to sex and that one of them has got some rhythm.
